NIEC, a privately funded engineering college, is situated near Shastri Park, New Delhi. It is now known as Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management (ADGITM). Established in 2003, NIEC was founded by the Babu Banarasi Das Educational Society (BBDES). The institute offers admission in several engineering streams, both undergraduate and postgraduate full-time courses.
